You may use ProLon once per month. Optimal results were achieved in studies where individuals used ProLon for 3 consecutive months. Depending on your goals and current state of health, you may opt to use ProLon less often.

ProLon meals come in 5 small boxes (one for each day) that include plant-based energy bars, soups, a variety of snacks, teas, drinks, and supplements. Simple instructions will instruct you on how to eat each day’s foods. Everything you need is in the box … just add water.
During the 5 days that you follow the ProLon diet, you will not consume any other foods or beverages other than water.
ProLon foods use plant-based ingredients and do not contain any additive or chemicals. ProLon uses healthy ingredients such as fresh olives, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, and herbal teas.
The daily caloric intake with the ProLon diet is between 770 and 1100 daily calories from healthy foods that are carefully designed to nourish your body and promote positive changes.
Because the ProLon diet is low in calories, hunger may occur during the 5-day diet period. Most clinical trial participants experienced only low levels of periodic hunger and reported that the hunger subsided by the third or fourth day.
Because coffee can interfere with the beneficial effects of the diet, it is not recommended while using ProLon. However, if you feel that you must have coffee, we recommend minimizing your consumption to one cup per day.
